At the 2023 PepsiCo AOP convention, a key internal event where departments showcase their finest achievements and practices, PepsiCo LATAM Away From Home rejoined forces with us to design a booth experience to foster interactions between PepsiCo LATAM Away From Home and other PepsiCo departments, as well as bottlers from across the region.
the digital experience
Upon entering our booth, attendees were immediately drawn into a digital narrative. Screens showcased the journey of a customer in the modern trade environment, enhanced with 3D and motion graphics. But this wasn't a one-sided interaction. The customer on the screen engaged directly with the audience, sharing insights and preferences, making the experience both personal and enlightening.
Taking immersion to the next level, VR technology offered attendees a firsthand look into the modern trade shopping journey. With VR goggles on, they could virtually navigate a store, understanding the consumer's perspective in a whole new light.

Every element of this booth, from graphic design to video projections, was meticulously crafted by the Spotdly crew. Our focus on strategy, creativity, CGI technology, and an immersive experience ensured that every attendee left with a richer understanding of the landscape, equipped with insights that could inform future initiatives.
By showcasing the innovations and insights of the AFH (Away From Home) department, we provided a platform for knowledge sharing. This encouraged collaboration and informed decision-making across the board.
