At LAMC, some artists break through. Many don’t. Talent alone isn’t enough when visibility is scarce. That gap was the challenge. Meta came to us with a mission: create an experience for the LAMC 2025 in NYC that gave artists more than exposure — something they could take with them.

Setting the Stage: LAMC 2025
For over 20 years, the Latin Alternative Music Conference has been the place where careers are launched. Yet while some names rise, many others leave unnoticed.Meta’s presence at LAMC had to go beyond branding. It had to deliver real value.

The Brief: From Visibility to Impact
The challenge was clear: how do you help artists leave the event not just remembered, but equipped to amplify their work?

The Concept: Turning Background Into Spotlight
We took a cliché — elevator music, the sound you forget — and flipped it. What if the elevator itself became the stage?Inside the Meta Lift-Off Sessions booth, every press of a button triggered lights, sound, and cameras. A private stage. A public outcome.

The Experience: Step In. Stand Out.
From the outside: a mirrored elevator. From the inside: a stage built for discovery.Artists pressed the Lift-Off button. Lights synced to music. Four cameras captured every angle. Within minutes, their performance was edited into a reel, optimized for Meta platforms, ready to share.
Behind the Build: Culture Meets Tech
Concept to execution, every detail was designed to be intuitive and impactful:
• Mirrored panels + reactive lighting = immersive stage.
• Four-camera system + real-time editing = instant reels.
• Meta’s platform = seamless sharing.

Results: Reach Beyond the Room
• 100+ artists performed.
• 200+ reels created and shared.
• Thousands of organic views and interactions.
For artists, it meant leaving with professional content and new reach. For Meta, it was proof of real impact at the heart of culture.

More Than Content
The Meta Lift-Off Sessions turned a booth into a launchpad. Artists left not just with reels, but with visibility and momentum — the things that matter most after the lights fade.
